It may be only January in the new year, but a number of developers are already started their ball rolling, with three freehold developer – Leedon Green, The Avenir and Van Holland – in prime Districts 9 and 10 commencing sales. This will be followed by Hyll on Holland condo and 15 Holland Hill.
Huttons Asia Pte Ltd expects almost 50 projects will be launched in 2020, with around 40% located in the core central region of Singapore.
Over in District 10, sales will soon open for two freehold projects – Leedon Green and Van Holland. For district 10, analysts highlighted on the competition from two nearby upcoming launches, the 319-unit Hyll on Holland and 59-unit 15 Holland Hill.
Many thought that prospective buyers of high-end luxury developments would be spoilt for choice this year, as 40 per cent of the launches are located within CCR.
